Founded in 1763, the House of Hine is armed with 259 years of attention to detail, from the early work in the vineyards to the art of blending the finest eaux-de-vie. Hine is recognised worldwide for its savoir faire and, above all, for being the specialist of single vintage cognacs.
The elegant 18th-century premises stands on the bank of the Charente River in Jarnac, France. Private guided visits of the house can be made by prior appointment only (telephone: +33 5 4535 5959) all year round. Hine is the official supplier of cognac to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II since 1962 .
