Our highly skilled butchers cut & pack our wide range of meats sold on site, wholesale & online.
The organic farming enterprise extends to nearly 8,000 acres. Organic beef, lamb, bison, chicken, turkey, goose, venison and game when in season, are reared on the farm, we also source organic pork and organic, free range eggs.
