Musk's produces the original Newmarket sausage, recognised in Europe with PGI status. The company has been trading since 1884 and the recipe for Newmarket sausage has remained unchanged ever since. Other varieties have more recently been introduced, including a Gluten Free sausage which has enabled coeliacs to enjoy our product.
The whole range has at some time been recognised with excellence awards. Our latest addition is a seasonal Christmas chipolata to complement roast turkey. A Pork & Leek variety makes a delicious toad-in-the-hole, and barbecues are enhanced by the Pork & Aspall Cyder recipe sausages. Although based in East Anglia, Musk's products are available throughout the UK via next-day courier service.
