Established in 1853, Maggs Bros. Ltd are antiquarian booksellers. We buy, sell and offer professional advice on the finest rare books, manuscripts, archives and allied material from our handsome Bloomsbury offices, at 48 Bedford Square, and our stylish Mayfair shop at 46 Curzon Street.
Maggs' staff of twenty include experts in the history of voyages and exploration; early printing; medieval manuscripts; modern fine printing; literary and historical manuscripts and archives; literature of all periods including Classical literature, Modern First Editions and Irish literature; Chinese and Japanese culture; human sciences; food and wine; and book arts, including bookbinding.
