Based on the west coast of Scotland, we are in the prime position for sourcing the most wonderful fresh fish from the Northern Atlantic Ocean. Founded in 1974 by Robert Campbell-Preston, Inverawe is now enjoying its 44th year of operation. Patrick, his son, is now Managing Director. Inverawe's unique smokeboxes and traditional smoking methods create an exceptional product of the highest quality, far apart from mass-produced smoked fish. Once tasted it cannot be forgotten. We supply small delicatessens, Farm Shops and independent retailers and boast a thriving direct mail consumer service which also includes a wide range of gourmet gifts and hampers.
