Julian and Isabel Bannerman have been working together for more than 30 years, designing and making gardens and garden buildings.
Apart from planting and horticulture, which they do according to organic principles, much of their work involves using recycled stone and sustainably produced green oak to create follies and temples.

A book about their work, Landscape of Dreams, was published in September 2016 with a foreword written by HRH The former Prince of Wales. It documents their work making gardens including at their current home, Trematon Castle, where their romantic garden within ruins is open to the public.
