James Pimm first mixed his summer cocktail at his famous Oyster Bar in London in the 1840s. The original Pimm’s No.1 is made to a secret recipe of gin infused with a delicate combination of herbal botanicals, caramelised orange and warm spices. It is best made in a jug to share with friends: fill with ice, add Pimm’s No.1, mix with lemonade, strawberries, cucumber, a slice of orange and sprig of mint. Pimm’s and lemonade is also available in a perfectly premixed can. Or try a Pimm's Royale, served in a flute with Champagne and strawberries.
