On our family farm we produce single variety apple and pear juices sourced from traditional orchards. Each apple variety produces its own unique flavoured juice, ranging from sweet to dry. Single variety juices are mainly organic and available in 75cl bottles. Our 25cl bottles contain a blend of apple juice and are all organic.
The Morris family are proud to be producing a quality juice which has won accolades such as the Welsh True Taste and UK Great Taste Awards. The apple juice has been served at Welsh functions and events including the Ryder Cup and NATO summit in Wales.
Apples used in the juice are sourced from mainly organic orchards that produce some rare and ancient apples. The apples are picked, juiced, bottled and pasteurised within a 24-hour period in order to capture the freshness of the product. Over 30 different varieties are juiced in a season, including Welsh varieties such as St Cecilia. The juice is sold across Wales and further afield to shops, restaurants, cafés, hotels and farmers' markets.
