HM The Queen - Master of the Household

The Coca-Cola Company bought the Schweppes trade marks in some countries including the UK in 1999.

'Schweppes' was founded in 1783 by Jacob Schweppe, a German-born Swiss jeweller and amateur scientist who discovered a way of producing carbonated water on a commercial scale. The 'Schweppes' brand arrived in Great Britain in 1792, with the opening of the first factory on Drury Lane, London. 'Schweppes' has a rich heritage that has been part of British culture since its launch in Great Britain

Through our 'know how' and 'expertise', 'Schweppes' innovation and contemporary edge has led to continued growth in the adult drinks category. The 'Schweppes' range now includes 'Schweppes' Lemonade; original 'Schweppes' Bitter Lemon; 'Schweppes' Indian Tonic Water; 'Schweppes' Ginger Ale; 'Schweppes' Soda Water; 'Schweppes' Russchian, a variety of juices and cordials, and 'Schweppes' 'Malvern' English Water.
